Hi, I’m Kristin!
Long before I became a birth worker—or even had a baby of my own—I was what you'd call a “birth junkie.” I’ve spent years immersed in the world of birth, learning about everything from hospital and home birth options, to the hormonal dance of labor, to interventions, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and the many choices available to birthing people.
Since becoming a certified birth and postpartum doula in 2013, I’ve had the honor of supporting families through the deeply transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum season. I began my work in the greater Los Angeles area and officially launched my birth business in 2016.
Since then, I’ve supported over one hundred births—and have had two of my own. My first child was born in May 2018, offering me firsthand insight into the raw beauty and complexity of motherhood. In April 2021, I gave birth to my second baby at home, a powerful and eye-opening experience that deepened my connection to birth on every level.
I offer families education, guidance, and heartfelt, compassionate support as they welcome their babies. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, heard, and empowered during birth. With gentle, non-judgmental care, I help build a strong, connected team to support you through the intensity and beauty of the moment—whatever that looks like for you.
