- Free, no obligation, meet-and-greet!
- Prenatal Meeting #1: Birth plan assistance, philosophy, exploring your values around birth
- Prenatal Meeting #2: Discuss and practice coping modalities used for birth along with postpartum preparation
- 24 hour on-call during birth month (2 weeks before / after due date)
- Support through labor and delivery
- Postpartum follow up visit with me
- In-home meeting with a lactation consultant
- Resources and referrals for pregnancy and postpartum

Postpartum Pricing
$35-$45 hour depending on hours needed and if used for over-night care.
- Offers education, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum fourth trimester
- Assists with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying
- Offers evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents and makes appropriate referrals when necessary
- Provides support during this major life transition for mama and baby.
