One Day Childbirth Immersion Class
This comprehensive, educational, birth preparation class designed for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the incredible physiologic process of childbirth. Together, we'll explore the stages of labor, practical coping techniques, and learn how to navigate common medical interventions with clarity and confidence. Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth or simply want to be fully prepared for whatever path your labor takes, this class will guide you toward a mindful, informed, and connected birth experience. Sunday 9:00a - 3:00p - $250 per couple

This package includes private childbirth education classes in the privacy of your home. This works out well for expecting families who would like a personalized schedule and classes which are totally customizable to what your specific needs are. Below is an outline of topics for the childbirth education course. Typically, classes are broken up in two 2 sessions which are approximately three (3) hours each.
The total cost is $395 pending I am available for your birth window.
