This LIVE virtual childbirth education series is designed to go beyond the basics. Over four weeks, we’ll meet live online for 90 minutes each week to explore labor, birth, your options, informed decision-making, navigating the hospital system, and how to create a birth experience that feels aligned with you.
Your $499 package includes:
- 4 weeks of LIVE virtual classes — 90 minutes per class, once a week
- Comprehensive childbirth workbook to help you map out your birth preferences
- Three private 15-minute 1:1 follow-up sessions with Kristin for personalized questions, guidance, and support
- Digital access to the childbirth education course so you can revisit the information on your own time
- Community connection with other expecting families going through pregnancy and preparing for birth alongside you
